- This machine is widely used in food and pharmaceutical caps, in which it is needed to insert the double-layer pad (aluminum foil and paper) into the bottom of the caps. The specially designed mold can produce a pull part in the aluminum foil to be easily opened.
Features
- With special mold design, gaskets and gasket pull part can be produced in the same process. The gasket and the aluminum foil are directly stamped to the cap bottom.
- PLC control system with touch human-machine interface.
- The cap contact surfaces are made of stainless steel.
