This system can detect the cap, such as: visible burr, stains, shapeless or distorted and deformed parts, the parts which cannot meet the standard size, and oval caps.
This system provides statistical information, such as detecting the number of the lid, the average value and the maximum value of the production, high-quality cap information, the total data of the defective lid, the lid with different defecting items, and can set the maximum number of consecutive defective caps.
